I started using Libby’s free audiobooks for myself before Mark was born. Libby is provided by the Singapore National Library. The books can be downloaded for 3 weeks and are returned automatically.You would never have to worry about a fine for overdue books. Since he was very young , I would let him listen whilst he plays and now he enjoys them so much we listen on long car drives and also when he gets his eye breaks from reading or doing homework.

A few parents have asked for a Chinese learning actvity that is good for their eyes. This is one of Mark and my favourites. You could even watch the same episode in English and then in mandarin ! Watching it on the TV is better for the eyes than watching it on an #ipad or #mobilephone.
