Sub-conjunctival Haemorrhage

Also known as a Sub-conjunctival bleed, it is due to a burst eye blood vessel. It can be due to eye trauma, eye rubbing but more commonly dry eyes and high blood pressure. It is very red and should be checked to make sure there are no other issues with the other blood vessels in the eye.
