I am 53 and focused on staying healthy, strong, and looking better. I'm looking for effective, sustainable methods that are easy, affordable, and not painful. It is easy in the daily routine. I put mu collagen lift in a glass of water, and with it I take my Lacritec , Stiltec and Luminance. If I am going out in the sun , I take an oral sunblock half an hour before going out. Easy Peasy for busy people like us.
